• One of the first engineers on a new multi-tenant B2B SaaS product, working on its core platform from the early stage.
• Worked closely with the Regional Technology Solution Director on ad hoc technical tasks for tender submissions, contributing to stronger bids.
• Took the initiative to write the Technical Requirements Document for a full product system with no assigned SME: designed the database schema, benchmarked technology options, and mapped ticket requirements to API contracts, as technical partner to the PM.
• Delivered an IoT dashboard mockup with live data-flow integration on short notice from leadership for a tender, while the company's vendor-built system was being revamped in-house. The client found it a favourable fit for their pain points compared with the other tender candidates.
• Designed domain-based services with synchronous and asynchronous communication: pub/sub, the inbox/outbox pattern and message-broker fan-out.
• Built resilient integrations with third-party platforms and IoT cloud gateways, using retry with backoff, token-bucket and leaky-bucket rate limiting, and asynchronous processing.
• Developed computer-vision-based sensing adapters for legacy camera hardware.

Employed through DVI Solutions Asia from Jan 2025 to Mar 2026, then UDD Technologies.

• Built employee management system and integrated it with payroll, external HRIS, and internal services (auth, payment requests, ERP) at 99% SLO.
• Load-tested and optimized the Moodle-based LMS from about 500 concurrent users on a single container instance to 2,500 concurrent users, then ran it live through a company policy update.
• Implemented dynamic RSA-HMAC API key generation and AES/GCM payload encryption for external parties to tighten PII data compliance.
• Contributed to automated changelog generation on the continuous integration platform.
• Built a dynamic environment variable loader compatible with the vault-backed CI platform.
• Contributed to internal Odoo plugin development.

• Audited the existing product and found a critical flaw in checkout: prices were trusted from the client, so customers could alter what they paid. Reported it and shipped the patch immediately.
• Served as subject-matter expert for a new Geothermal Engineering Database, working with domain experts, the CTO and the UI/UX designer to produce the Technical Requirements Document.
• Cut the LMS course-catalog load time from about a second to around 200 ms.
• Owned infrastructure: deployed the containerized monolith on horizontally scalable virtual machines on Azure.
